MET ENGAE app replaces OWL, Twitter/X and Nextdoor as a method of communicating with the public.

This is a new way of keeping up to date with what your local police teams are doing – and how you can get involved in keeping your neighbourhoods safe.

Met Engage, a new email service from the Metropolitan Police, sends tailored updates directly from local officers. These include:

crime prevention advice

details of local events and meetings

updates on investigations

and news of successful operations.

The Met Engage platform aims to help build trust, reduce crime and raise standards by working more closely with communities.
