We monitor local developments, support residents with planning objections, and maintain regular dialogue with Ealing Council on behalf of our members.

Successfully campaigned against a proposed bus depot on the A40 corner that would have increased traffic and pollution. The decision to refuse was upheld at the public inquiry in 2006.

Stopped inappropriate hotel development along the A40 - Gypsy Corner site between Park View, Cloister Road and Horn Lane on the A40, preserving residential character. This is the site WARA was not successful in stopping the Barratt London Royal Gateway development.
